Just Keep Moving

I'm over fifty. I look OK. I don't want to jog anymore. How can I stay reasonably fit without a lot of time to exercise every day?
My daughter is a teen, who is starting to be more conscious of her weight and what she looks like in clothes. My mother is in her 70's and having "mobility issues" - being overweight is finally starting to affect her lifestyle in a big way.
My sister is a physical therapist. What she says is "just keep moving". That's what I want to do. And also lose 5 pounds.
